Product Description |
| The New Brazil 12-ounce French press coffee maker incorporates the BODUM motto beautifully: good design doesn’t have to be expensive. After all, we want to give everybody a chance to brew an excellent cup of coffee in the greenest way possible: just hot water and course ground coffee, steep for 4 minutes and press the plunger to stop the brewing process. Now waste, just taste. The New Brazil is also available in a 34-ounce size. The French press comes in 8 different colors. Replacement carafes are available for purchase in all sizes. Dishwasher safe. |

Fantastic french press!!

I bought this French Press a few weeks ago, partly because I can't resist anything small and cute :) Seriously though, I'd been using a larger one from a popular swedish furniture store for about a year. But I only made half a caraffe full, so this one seemed like a good idea. I make one cup of coffee at a time (I'm the only coffee drinker) and this makes a perfect amount for one large mug plus a little milk. It's not 3 servings, but generally one "cup" of coffee is understood to be 4 or 6 ounces, not an actual 8 ounce cup.
I can feel the quality difference between this one and my $15 press from the aforementioned furniture store. Easy to clean, cute, and makes great coffee :) Perfect for me! |

| We have tried several other brands and have decided finally - that you get what you pay for. This coffee press is excellent. We now have two large and two small presses which is perfect for large dinners and for the flexibility of providing both decaf and regular - only use Peets Coffee - it is also the best. |

| The product is of very good quality. It performs as it was designed. We enjoy the dark coffee it produces. |

| I though it would intimidate me but it's one of the very best things I've ever bought. Ridiculously easy to use and easy clean-up - I don't know what else you can ask for. It is one cup though instead of the advertised 3 unless you reuse the grounds, is what I'm assuming. |
works beautifully

| works beautifully, but it's a little less than enough coffee. it really only makes one serving, and i wish it were a little more generous. otherwise, it's perfect. easy to clean, lightweight, easy to use. |
